About Donna Fleetwood

Donna Fleetwood has been a top producing Real Estate Agent for over 27 years in the Central Pa area. She has earned the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award. Mid career, Donna was introduced to NLP and went on to become a Certified NLP Practitioner. She does business coaching for entrepreneurs in Afghanistan, Rwanda, and El Salvador and is on the Executive Council of Bpeace (Business Council for Peace)

Donna co-authored a book for Real Estate agents titled “Now What Do I Say?”. She is a public speaker and has won several Toastmasters awards.

In tandem with her Real Estate Career, Donna has been coaching Real Estate agents since 2006. In 2010 she joined Your Coaching Matters and helps agents close the gap between where they are  and where they want to be. Her specialties are NLP, organization and time management and psychology of selling.

Even coaches need a coach and Donna is currently enrolled in the Academy of Coaching Excellence with Dr. Maria Nemeth. “Success is what you said you’d do with clarity, focus, ease and grace.”
